Dusk – Shiraz Gin

Dusk Shiraz Gin is the first in Stillman Distillery’s range of wine Gins. This weighty result is produced from a rare and unexpected combination of Shiraz skins, an influence of wine-making through the use of American and French Oak and the known traditions of Gin distillation. With typical accents, this wine Gin is a deep red in colour and carries a classic palate of Juniper with a citrus-forward nose.
